Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

You acknowledge that we’re not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site. We DO NOT accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Snooty Girl signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will ship your product as it becomes available, However this may take between 3 and 4 weeks. When a back order has been placed we will notify you every step of the way.
We want you to love your hair! If for any reason you need to exchange it, you need to do so within 14 days of your purchase with the original receipt. The hair must be in the original packaging, exactly how it was sold to you. We DO NOT provide REFUNDS, only exchanges. Exchanges will only be accepted for merchandise which have not been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way. We DO NOT guarantee hair in which wefts have been cut more than 3 times, have been split, or have been chemically altered (rinsed, permed, bleached, permanently colored). If you are experiencing any issues with your hair it will need to be brought to Snooty Girls attention within 30 days of your purchase, along with proof of purchase (receipt and bundle tags). We DO NOT under any circumstances issue refunds. All sales are final. Requests must be made within 14 business days of receipt of product(s) for exchange. Any exchange request after 14 business days will not be honored. We do not refund shipping charges for returned orders.According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our hair comes in straight, wavy and curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. Wavy and curly patterns are steamed to enhance the pattern. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color.

We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us. When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received. We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
Colored Hair
We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our hair is 100% virgin, we can not guarantee each bundle will be the same. Each order is checked for color and pattern consistency. Wavy and curly patterns are steamed to enhance the pattern. Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with color or texture.
