After your order is processed and packaged and received by usps, you will receive your order within 5 -10 business days. This time can be extended if there are shipping delays.

After your order is processed and packaged for shipping, you will receive your tracking information.

We currenlty use usps for all US shipping.

We do offer local pick up at our houston salon. Choose local pick up at the time of checkout.

Once your order is placed you will receive an itemized confirmation to your email. When you receive your package, an itemized packing slip will be included. It is recommended to compare the contects of your package to the packing slip/order confirmation to cofirm your order. If you there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately. Yes, contact us immediately to process your address change or correction. If your order has been shipped, additional carrier fee's may apply.
